I’ll be posting a three part series in the next couple weeks on Wakefulness, Fearlessness and Gentleness.

I thought I would start off that series by showing you this video from a couple weeks ago of a meditation flash mob in London.

Thich Nhat Hahn reads beautiful prayers throughout.

Meditation Flash Mobs are something that I want to do at the Creating Enlightened Society conference next year, and then begin to organize them through my site to happen arround the world simultaneously.
