I love that bottom tree photo. I’m an old Yoga Mandali student who left NYC and is back for a visit, I found your blog while seeing if you were still teaching anywhere. It’s great to see everything you’ve been doing!

I just ‘found’ you today Bindu, and it’s really cool that I did. Watched you talking with Kate about shedding, and creativity and freedom, and how they are intertwined,,,lovely to find videos gathered that mean something to me. Very inspiring you both are. Thank you for sharing. And I love these pictures’; the colours are beautiful.
