Yoga for Writers

If you can’t get along to a yoga class five times a week, then for only $30 you can download a specially designed “Yoga for writers” practice that Marianne Elliott (also known as the Zen Peacekeeper and creator of 30 days of yoga) has put together for this challenge. Marianne is a writer as well as a yoga teacher so she knows just the kinds of postures and practices that we all need when we spend our days at a keyboard.

That’s as little as $2 per practice for the 21 days of this challenge and then you still get to keep the practice afterwards and use it for as long as you like.

Marianne has not only created a video for you, she’s also made an audio file that you can put on your iPod or mp3 player and has also written out the practice for you in case you want to go totally off the grid for a while during these 21 days.

Marianne will also be stopping in here at the 21-5-800 site during the 21 days to answer your questions about the practice and to generally encourage you and cheer you along.

If you’d like to get a taste of Marianne’s style and try out a fantastic short yoga practice that will help release any tension in your wrists and shoulders then you can join her mailing list and get her mini ‘Yoga for Bloggers’ video for free.
